I am Magda Zarzycka.
For more than fifteen years, I have worked beside senior leaders at The Coca-Cola Company and Stanley Black & Decker. Today I work as a Right Hand to a small number of principals.
A board pack at 23:40 for a 9:00 call. An investor dinner on the night of a school concert. A delayed flight that puts Thursday's signing at risk. Each is simple on its own. Together, they need one person who sees the whole picture.

Meetings sequenced by priority, preparation time protected and requests declined early when they do not serve you.
Travel
International and multi-leg trips planned around their purpose and the fixed points in your week

Family schedules, properties, household staff and personal paperwork, handled with the same care as business.

I plan for what is coming, not only for what has been asked.
How I Work
Retainer only. Limited capacity, by design.
I work with no more than three principals at a time, on a retainer of 20 or 25 hours a week. There is no hourly booking and no rotating team. You work with me.
Discretion
The limit is deliberate. Knowing your people, preferences and priorities well enough to act on your behalf takes close attention, and close attention does not stretch across a long client list.
Almost anyone who signs an NDA can stay silent. What protects you is noticing early: an unfamiliar address on a travel request, a new contact asking for family dates, a detail that does not fit. Information is shared only with those who need it. Most of what I check never needs to reach you.
